After moving to the US, he spent a decade at American Residential Services where he rose to the position of VP of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity. As a trusted advisor to the C-suite, Ross launched several IT-led strategic initiatives focused on revenue generation and customer satisfaction. During his tenure, he was also responsible for a significant strengthening of the organization's security posture. His work in the governance, risk, and compliance space includes implementations of PCI-DSS, SOC2, and NIST frameworks.

Across these roles, Ross has led cross-functional teams and managed initiatives from discovery through delivery, with a focus on aligning technical execution to business outcomes and championing user-centric change management.
