OPEN POSITIONS
Vice President Product Development
Posted - September 2025
We are seeking an experienced leader with project management expertise to lead the creation and implementation of our product and platform pipeline. Our projects include several new initiatives that hope to eliminate inefficient multiplicities and wasted opportunities due to the complexities of scientific collaboration.
This role will initially focus on our flagship initiative - a new web-based Material Transfer and Data Use Agreement (MTDUA) platform, that will, in minutes, generate customized MTDUAs that are state-of-the-art and compliant, reflecting legal, IP, and commercialization developments, that will enhance and automate much of the review and execution workflow for these agreements. This role will engage across academic-clinical-commercial participants and legal experts. It will direct the development and continuing improvement of the platform including through AI/data/UX/UI evolutions.
The candidate will have a creative mind with strong experience in wrangling diverse points of view to create a cohesive and collaborative work team. They will oversee a seamless project startup with ongoing product development and user expansion through outreach and promotion.
Some exposure to managing academic or medical-based research projects and an understanding of the challenges in cross institutional research or clinical goals could be very beneficial in understanding the nuances of these projects.
